Role Description The Post Harvest-Trim Supervisor will be responsible for the physical harvest and associated plant transfer to the drying rooms, trimming, quality control, and packaging of final products. The agent will oversee batch inventory and related reconciliation, ensuring all inventory meets company standards. This position requires bilingual proficiency in both Spanish and English. Key Responsibilities Harvesting whole plants for processing with care - following the SOP to maintain trichome integrity. Moving harvested plants to dry rooms Trim cannabis without touching or cutting into the flowers. The harvest lead is expected to maintain trichome integrity, refrain from touching the flowers, and avoid cutting into or ‘shaping' the flowers. Following strict biosecurity protocols, maintaining sanitation of tools and person Responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse while performing the job. Scouting for and reporting any pests or pathogens (powdery mildew, botrytis) Always adhere to state and company policies, following appropriate Standard Operating Procedure according to assigned task. Post Harvest Leads will be required to learn and teach techs how to trim flowers specific to unique cultivars. Weighing the staff In and out with product. Logging data and addressing variances Understanding of METRC/Dutchie. This includes and is not limited to Making package tags, Green Waste input and moving batches. Green waste collection, destruction, and logging Productivity is held to a high priority standard The Lead Must display Role model support and accountability Any other task assigned by the Harvest supervisor or Harvest Manager. Starting pay for this position is $22-25/HR Skills & Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older. High school diploma or equivalent. Willingness to work early morning or late-night shifts. Ability to work well under minimal supervision. Capacity to take direction. Strong attention to detail. For extended periods, one must be capable of sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking through the workday. Must be able to exert well-paced mobility and perform repetitive tasks for up to 8 hours in length. Must be able to adapt to a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality and accuracy. Demonstrates ability to organize and prioritize work. This position requires bilingual proficiency in both Spanish and English.
