Processes billing invoices and payment requisitions while addressing related inquiries and vendor issues. Contributes to evaluation and implementation of new equipment and supplies; serves on relevant committees or project teams. Minimum Qualifications Education: High School/GED Licensure/ Certifications: Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) OR Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician (CSPDT) required Certified Endoscope Reprocessor (CER) required upon hire or within one year from the hire date. The Production Mechanic III is responsible for ensuring the operation of machinery and mechanical equipment at all Charm Sciences facilities as needed. Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments by using hand tools, levels, plumb bobs, and straightedges. Removes defective parts by dismantling devices using hand and power tools; examining form and determine cause and effect. Follow LO/TO procedures as needed. Controls downtime by informing Charm employees of routine preventive maintenance techniques and repairs in process and expected time of completion. Able to navigate and manage preventative work order system. Maintains a working cell phone to ensure consistent communication during regular working hours unless a device is provided by the company. Snow removal and/or property maintenance may be required. Salary USD $25.12/Hr. Description and Responsibilities Open Sky is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our in-house Maintenance team! The Maintenance Technician will collaborate with the Property Manager to develop routine and preventative maintenance schedules for properties within their assigned territory. They will also plan, initiate and execute projects, troubleshoot any repair/maintenance issues arising from the building's utility systems which can include electrical, heating, air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing and fire protection. PURPOSE: Perform a wide variety of duties in connection with the installation, repair and maintenance of building, grounds, and facility equipment. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Properly monitor the facilities boiler in accordance with the Code of Mass. Regulations, CMR-146.
