The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in inpatient rehabilitation and hospital experience, focusing on delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive environment. Responsibilities Conduct evaluations and provide treatments for orthopedic and neurological conditions. Develop personalized rehabilitation plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Manage patient caseload effectively while ensuring high standards of care. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Maintain updated and accurate patient documentation using Meditech. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Active Physical Therapist License (no temporary licenses allowed).
