Measure and cut insulation materials such as fiberglass, foam, or other thermal products. Prepare and seal surfaces by caulking, taping, or applying adhesives to prevent air leakage. Secure insulation with staples, tape, wire, or fasteners. Install vapor barriers and protective coverings where required.
