Your educational experience will be shaped entirely around you, through classroom study taught by experienced faculty, clinical experiences under the guidance of MCW technicians, group projects and numerous opportunities to achieve personal career goals. The STAR, or Student Teaching Assessment Resource Center, allows students, residents, scientists, physicians and medical professionals the opportunity to practice their clinical skills. You'll work under the direction of the MCW staff as you use the center's medical simulators and operate on actor patients. Residents of Wisconsin receive a state tuition capitation credit, making the cost lower. All students, residency aside, may apply for financial aid by filing a FAFSA. Applicants must have earned a minimum of 90 undergraduate credits, including prerequisite courses, at an accredited university. Admissions also require students to have taken the MCAT within the past three years.
