You get a salary and don't have to worry about straight commission

What do you like best about Medical Diagnostic Laboratories's CEO and the leadership team?

Nothing. I followed training instructions and emailed the VP of sales per the instructions. She used to be lower in the company. She didn't bother to email me back so I followed up, again not knowing who she was. Right after I followed up, I got a call from my manager asking why I was emailing the VP of sales. Who does she think is out there busting their tails to pay her salary. I was trying to learn more to do a better job.

Better training, VP of sales needs to know who is out making the money for this company.

Cons of working at Medical Diagnostic Laboratories

I was hired to be a full time processing assistant and was let go after 12 days. I was part of a group of young hires. Hours were 830-5 p.m. but there was a lot of down time. The actual work didn't come in until lunch time. Got called into a separate room, was told my job was over and then escorted out of the billing. Companies should not hire if there is no work. Boo!
