Position Overview: We are seeking a Medical Director of Psychiatry to lead clinical and administrative functions across SCHARP and BAFMA. This is a full-time role with a 60% administrative and 40% clinical workload. Position Highlights: Provide direct psychiatric care at least one day per week. Report to the CEO to ensure compliance with policies and standards. Lead and oversee the psychiatry providers as well as provide guidance to non-medical staff. Implement operational procedures and develop medical policies in collaboration with the executive team. Address barriers to care and improve appointment adherence. The Ideal Candidate: Board-certified psychiatrist with a minimum of 10 years of experience. Strong leadership and administrative skills. Experience in high-acuity and community mental health settings preferred. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations and multidisciplinary teams.
