As a VIP Services Director, you will be responsible for ensuring that the VIP Services team and Potawatomi Casino Hotel delivers! Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential Functions)
*Provide strategic direction to the VIP Services and Players Club departments to establish programs that will acquire new guests and successfully retain existing guests to increase revenue.
Analysis of all key volume indicators for all hosted players, including, but not limited to visitation patterns, theoretical revenue, actual revenue, coin in, table drop, buy in, hotel room bookings, and reinvestment.
*Develop and implement a cost-effective strategic player acquisition and development plan. Specifically design a program to identify and solicit opportunities for the development and retention of new business to generate and achieve specific revenue goals.
*Carry out other management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, interview, hire and train team members; plan, assign and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline team members; address complaints and resolve problems.
*Create, maintain and be accountable for the annual VIP Services budget.
*Work closely with other departments to coordinate activities on property.
*Build relationships, market our gaming product to potential high limit guests, and travel to various markets to meet new potential high-end players. Ensure maximum level of guest service to encourage guest return and loyalty.
Develop department goals to align with Potawatomi Casino Hotel's Mission, Vision and Values.
Develop, implement and maintain training for VIP Services staff based on applicable procedures. Supply coaching, mentoring, and training as needed to maximize host performance.
Communicate and interact with guests to include but not limited to answer questions, extend invitations and resolve any related disputes.
Respond to special requests of guests, as well as guest complaints and inquiries in a calm, prompt, courteous and professional manner.
Ensure and facilitate effective communication and flow of information to the VIP Services and Players Club teams.
Establish, update and ensure full compliance with departmental Internal Controls, policies, procedures and regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration and seven (7) years of casino operations, guest service or related field required. If no degree, ten (10) years of casino operations, guest service or related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Four (4) years of supervisory or management experience required.
Two (2) years working in the casino credit area preferred.
Must possess a working knowledge of advanced guest retention principles and be capable of applying to special projects and VIP Services events.
Proven record of increasing participation of high-end players. This involves an in-depth study and understanding of frequency trends, distance trends, spending trends and other interests involved in target marketing.
Office skills, ability to use standard office equipment and computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Access; two (2) years of experience working with patron management software required.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced and intense environment and handle stressful situations effectively, while maintaining an upbeat and positive attitude.
Held accountable, to the highest degree, for the accuracy and thoroughness of department records and reports.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents, such as technical journals, financial reports and legal documents.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests, regulatory agencies or members of the business community.

The MedicalDirector provides 24-hour management of the Medical and Psychiatric Services of the facility. Reporting to the Executive Director for day-to-day operations. The MedicalDirector works effectively with the facility leadership team to ensure success of the facility by completing the following:
CORE JOB DUTIES:
Provides administrative oversight of the facility's medical services, by overseeing and leading the medical staff, dietitians, and physician services coordinator (where applicable) while building a collaborative team with nursing and clinical departments.
Provides excellent medical care with the ARS philosophy outlined by the Chief Medical Officer. This includes knowledge of detoxification protocols, assessment for medication, withdrawal assessment and management of complications, detoxification protocols, and Medication Assisted Therapy.
Understands ASAM criteria and Medical Needs Criteria provided and will document decision making accordingly.
Assists the COM and the Executive Director of the facility in the development and maintenance of written objectives, policies, a procedure manual, an organization plan and a quality assurance program for medical services, and review of all medical policies and procedures at least annually. Documentation shall be shared with the facility's medical staff; the director of nursing serves and other appropriate medical staff on an ongoing basis or as revisions are made.
In conjunction with the CMO, Executive Director and the governing authority of the substance use disorders treatment facility, plan, and budget for medical services.
Support medical staff for success with medical department metrics including, but not limited to Expense Management, Compliance Quantity (includes items such as but not limited to timely completion of records, PDMP, EKG, MAT acceptance), Compliance Quality (Quality of documentation of medical records), Completion % treatment stay, and Outcomes/ Readmission rates.
Completes and is proficient using the electronic health record with all required documentation. ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures, state regulation, Joint Commission standards and Medical Needs Criteria. These records will be completed and authenticated in a timely manner per policy. This includes but is not limited to the following electronic record documents: Psychiatric Evaluation and/or Admission History and Physical Evaluation, Medical Progress Notes, Discharge Summary, and Orders.
Review any physical examination reports and medical screening results conducted off-site of a client for the preadmissions process or for other medical concerns, in order to ensure that the client's medical needs are considered and addressed in the development of the treatment plan and throughout treatment.
Develops and Implements plans for Performance Improvement as need.
Understands and communicates the On-Call responsibilities; will provide contact and back-up numbers, being responsive and available not only when assigned on-call duties, but as backup when medical provider/MedicalDirector on-call is unavailable. When on call, will be within one hour of facility in case an emergency that requires going to facility.

Oversee and ensure quality medical services delivered by hospice physicians across multiple locations.
Certify and recertify hospice eligibility, ensuring timely compliance with Medicare and other regulations.
Conduct and supervise face-to-face patient visits, including home consultations for complex cases.
Lead physician recruitment, training, supervision, and performance evaluation.
Provide 24/7/365 on-call physician coverage coordination with hospice physicians.
Maintain accurate, timely medical documentation and support regulatory reviews.
Participate actively in interdisciplinary group (IDG) meetings to coordinate patient care and medication management.
Monitor pharmacy utilization, ensuring appropriate medication prescribing and administration.
Collaborate with hospice leadership on policy development, compliance, and quality assessment and performance improvement (QAPI) initiatives.
Serve as a community liaison, enhancing hospice visibility and partnerships with healthcare providers.
Support educational programs for staff, physicians, and community partners.
About You
Qualifications:
Doctorate degree in allopathic or osteopathic medicine from an accredited medical school.
Board certification in a specialty recognized by ABMS or AOA-BOS, preferably primary care.
Current and unrestricted medical license in the practicing state.
Valid National Provider Identifier (NPI) and DEA registration for controlled substances.
Hospice and Palliative Medicine board certification and/or Hospice MedicalDirector Certification Board certification preferred.
Current Medicare Provider Enrollment (PECOS) and Medicaid certification if required.
Ability to travel 15-25% based on program needs.
CPR and TB clearance required.
