The National Accounts Medical Director is responsible for serving as the Operational Medical Director for our care management models for our National Account clients. Assume responsibility for personal growth and development, as well as working with Practice Manager to provide training, aid, and correction to medical staff. Ensure organization cleanliness and compliance with all applicable OSHA, safety, HIPAA and confidentiality regulations. Abide by all federal, state, and local programs. (State of Missouri Department of Agriculture, State of Missouri Veterinary Board, etc.) Assist with management items for staff such as timecards, promotions, disciplinary action, coaching plans, performance reviews, problem investigation.
