We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead nursing operations in a post-acute and long-term care setting. This full-time, day-shift leadership role is ideal for a strong RN leader who is passionate about quality care, regulatory excellence, and building a high-performing nursing team.
As Director of Nursing, you will oversee all nursing services, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations while maintaining high clinical and operational standards. You will provide leadership to nursing staff, support scheduling and workflow efficiency, and partner closely with interdisciplinary teams to drive positive resident outcomes. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance clinical oversight with staff development and quality improvement initiatives.
Candidates must hold an active RN license and have at least three years of nursing experience, preferably in post-acute or long-term care environments. Prior leadership or management experience is strongly preferred. BLS certification is required. This position is well suited for an experienced nurse leader or a qualified nurse ready to step into a Director-level role.
The position offers a consistent day schedule with 8-hour shifts, totaling 40 hours per week, with one opening available.
Compensation ranges from $38.00 to $63.00 per hour, equivalent to an annual salary range of $79,040 to $131,040, depending on experience.

Minimum $209,599.00 - Maximum $313,375.00, plus incentive opportunity: The range shown represents a typical pay range or starting pay for individuals who are hired in the role to perform in the United States. Other elements may be used to determine actual pay such as the candidate's job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in role.
