Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Evaluate and improve personal performance based on feedback and metrics. Utilize pipelines to assess and achieve performance targets. Maintain and troubleshoot Cath Lab equipment to ensure optimal performance. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a sterile environment. Monitor patient conditions during procedures and respond to emergencies. Collaborate with medical staff to provide exceptional patient care. Document and report imaging results accurately and promptly. Assist in training new staff and sharing best practices. Engage in team meetings to discuss performance and improvement strategies. Experience/Qualifications Must hold a valid ALLIED certification in Cath Lab technology. Strong commitment to ongoing professional development and training. Experience in performing diagnostic imaging procedures in a Cath Lab setting. Ability to monitor patient conditions and respond to emergencies promptly. Familiarity with performance metrics and utilizing pipelines for success assessment. Proven ability to maintain and troubleshoot Cath Lab equipment effectively. Demonstrated experience in collaborating with medical staff for patient care. Capability to document and report imaging results accurately and timely.
