Community Participation: Support recruitment events, research activities, student experiences, and other medical school functions as needed. Leverage AI in routine tasks and contribute ideas for using AI to improve the unit's efficiency and overall performance. Comfort working independently in physically active roles requiring lifting, movement, and frequent reconfiguration of spaces. Evidence of experience building XR experiences in a professional OR recreational context. Familiarity with enterprise XR platforms (e.g., Meta Quest, HoloLens), peripherals, and device management tools. Strong troubleshooting instincts and the ability to stay composed under time pressure.
