Job Description The Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) performs routine and complex laboratory tests used in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease. The MLT is responsible for accurately analyzing biological specimens including blood, body fluids, and tissues using established methodologies and instrumentation in compliance with CLIA, CAP, and FDA standards.
