Duties include but are not limited to:
* Transferring of beer via soft piping and pumps to finishing vessels.
* Using Brewing Operations software for inventory and beer tracking purposes.
* Assisting during brew days, including student and Brew Club brews.
* Daily monitoring of fermentations.
* Application of treatments such as dry hops or other additives.
* Monitoring and correcting the carbonation of beer prior to packaging.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with laboratory operations, audits, compliance checks, and reporting, including sample collection and handling.
Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes.
Manage and maintain cryogenic storage equipment, including handling and inventorying cryopreserved specimens (sperm, oocytes, embryos).
Coordinate transportation of cryopreserved specimens with third-party vendors while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Maintain accurate patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system and process medical record requests.

Organize and manage laboratory paperwork, supply inventory, and administrative documentation as well as data submission.
