Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Bioanalytical Laboratory Technician (PBMC) to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects, supporting critical processes within a clinical lab setting. This is a full-time role, working onsite in Lincoln, NE. We are seeking candidates who are local to the Lincoln area.
About the Role:
As a Bioanalytical Laboratory Technician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring quality and compliance in our lab operations. Your expertise in sterile working, PBMC isolation techniques, and cell counting will directly contribute to our projects' success. We are committed to maintaining high standards in line with regulatory requirements and Celerion SOPs. We are looking for someone who values precision and integrity in their work.What You'll Do:
Maintain contamination-free processes through sterile techniques.
Perform PBMC isolation techniques and cell counting to support various analyses.
Adhere to regulatory standards and SOPs, ensuring compliance across all tasks.
Accurately document all lab activities and results, supporting traceability and quality control.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and objectives.
Cover occasional shift work to meet laboratory and project demands.
Who You Are:
Experienced in sterile laboratory environments.
Experienced with pipetting and working in a biosafety cabinet.
Able to learn regulatory standards for a CAP/CLIA, GMP, GLP, or GCP setting.
Detail-oriented, with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of laboratory quality and compliance.
Able to work Monday - Friday, during normal business hours and flexible to cover occasional evening or weekend shifts as needed. This could include possible overtime opportunities.
Possess a learning mindset and a curiosity for science.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Two or Four-year degree in Biological Sciences, Biology, Forensics, or a related field.
Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
Experience with PBMC isolation and cell counting.
