Job DescriptionAre you someone who loves hands-on work, enjoys solving problems, and thrives in a fast-moving manufacturing environment?
Worldwide Foam is looking for a passionate and driven Lab Technician to join our innovative team. This role is at the center of our commitment to quality, performance, and continuous improvement-and you'll play a key part in ensuring that every product we ship meets the high standards our customers trust.
As our Lab Technician, you will become the go-to person for material testing and product verification. Each day brings new opportunities to perform essential lab tests, analyze material performance, and support production with accurate data and insight. You will work closely with experienced engineers, quality professionals, and production teams, helping diagnose issues, improve processes, and guide decisions that directly impact the success of our operations. If you enjoy meaningful work where your attention to detail truly matters, this is the perfect role for you.
We're looking for someone who brings experience from laboratory or quality control environments and who understands the importance of precision, documentation, and safety. Candidates who are comfortable in a manufacturing setting, confident with computers and data entry, and eager to learn new testing techniques will be especially successful here. If you have experience with materials such as foam, plastics, or rubber-or familiarity with ISO standards-that's an added advantage, but what matters most is your reliability, your curiosity, and your commitment to quality.
At Worldwide Foam, you'll work in a clean, organized laboratory within a modern manufacturing facility. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate, grow, and contribute to projects that shape our products and processes. We value people who show initiative, care about craftsmanship, and enjoy being part of a team that supports each other.
In return, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) with company matching, medical, dental, and vision coverage, company-paid life insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, bonus eligibility, and strong opportunities for career advancement. Our culture is inclusive, supportive, and built around helping every employee succeed.
If you're passionate about quality, energized by hands-on problem-solving, and ready to make an impact in a growing company, we'd love to meet you. Take the next step in your career and apply today to join Worldwide Foam-where innovation, teamwork, and opportunity come together.
