Adhere to laboratory SOPs, CLIA standards, and quality assurance practices.
Monitor and document quality control data, instrument maintenance logs, and reagent inventory.
Collaborate with fellow technologists, laboratory assistants, and supervisory staff to maintain efficient workflow.
Participate in proficiency testing, competency assessments, and continuing education activities.
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in the Laboratory Information System (LIS).
Follow all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and proper handling of biohazardous materials.
You Have:
