🔬 Cytogenetic Technologist Opportunity | Day Shift | Boston $10,000 Sign-On Bonus | Hybrid Schedule We're partnering with a Boston-based academic medical center on a new opening for a Cytogenetic Technologist to join a high-volume clinical cytogenetics laboratory. This is a full-time, day-shift role offering exposure to complex testing in an academic environment - with the added flexibility of a hybrid schedule (4-6 remote days per month). The Incubation Technician is responsible for setting eggs according to customer or management specifications, monitoring incubation processes, and ensuring quality control in a cleanroom environment. This role involves recording essential data, preparing incubation tags, and maintaining biosecurity standards. Responsibilities + Operate in a manufacturing clean room following established SOPs and GMP standards. + Perform mammalian cell culture tasks. + Handle Electronic Batch Records and log sheets according to cGMPs and SOPs. + Make cell-culture decisions based on cell observations and written guidelines. + Assist in revising and creating all SOPs. + Support deviations and investigations as necessary. Essential Skills + Experience with GMP, cell culture, and manufacturing processes. + Knowledge of Biology, Microbiology, and cleanroom protocols. + Familiarity with SOPs and cGMPs.
