The Senior Manager of Marketing - AI Clinical Decision Support (Imaging & Spine) oversees the go-to-market strategy, brand positioning, and marketing collateral creation for our AI-powered, FDA cleared, clinical decision support platform. The role has primary accountability for meeting Metrics Diagnostics' revenue growth objectives.
The role has overall accountability to ensure all marketing initiatives remain strictly aligned with FDA-cleared labeling and claims frameworks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Go-to-Market & Growth
Own and execute GTM strategy for defined clinical and medico-legal segments (initial focus: non-operative spine / PI).
Translate product capabilities into clear, compliant, and compelling value propositions.
Partner with sales to drive pipeline creation, conversion, and expansion.
System owner for our Customer Relationship Management and Learning Management Systems.
Brand & Category Leadership
Build a trusted brand in AI-enabled clinical decision support in spine care.
Collaborate with KOL on the build-out of educational, certification, and credentialing programs that position the company as an authority in objective imaging-based assessment.
Lead content strategy across digital, events, webinars, and industry forums.
Imaging & Workflow-Aware Marketing
Develop messaging that reflects real-world imaging workflows, including PACS integration, image acquisition, and clinical interpretation.
Engage imaging, spine care, and medico-legal stakeholders with language that resonates technically and clinically.
Regulatory-Aware Marketing Execution
Operate within FDA-cleared labeling, claims libraries, and promotional boundaries.
Partner closely with QA/RA to ensure marketing compliance while maintaining speed and effectiveness.
Help establish scalable, compliant marketing processes as the company grows.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Collaborate with Product, Sales, Clinical, and Executive leadership.
Inform product roadmap with market insights from clinicians, imaging partners, and customers.
Support investor and board-level communications related to growth and positioning.
Requirements:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Required
· 5-10+ years in healthcare marketing with demonstrated revenue impact.
· Direct experience with medical imaging, PACS, AI-enabled clinical software, or diagnostics.
· Strong understanding of MSK care delivery (spine experience strongly preferred).
· Proven ability to market in regulated healthcare environments (FDA-cleared devices or SaMD).
· Track record of building brand and demand in complex, multi-stakeholder markets.
· As a member of a small team that is aiming to make a significant impact, willingness to wear multiple hats from content leader through direct front-line stakeholder communication
Highly Preferred
· Familiarity with non-operative spine care (e.g., chiropractic, PT, MSK clinics).
· Experience marketing into Personal Injury, Workers' Comp, or medico-legal workflows.
· Existing relationships within imaging, PACS vendors, IDTFs, or MSK networks.
· Experience scaling early-stage or growth-stage healthcare technology companies.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
· Clear, differentiated market positioning within 6 months.
· Measurable contribution to pipeline growth and revenue.

Summary:

Writes and updates policies for new and existing procedures. Performs laboratory testing in competency assessed sections of the Laboratory.

Job Requirements:
Education/Skills
• Associate Degree or higher in clinical laboratory science or medical laboratory technology from an accredited institution or equivalent laboratory training and experience meeting the requirements defined in the CLIA regulation 42CFR493.1489 required.
Experience
• 3 years of full-time primary laboratory experience as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) in moderate/high complexity testing for the specific section/area of responsibility required.
• 5 years of full-time primary laboratory experience as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) in moderate/high complexity testing for the specific section/area of responsibility preferred.

Performs all patient specimen collections including, but not limited to, venipuncture, capillary collection, urine drug screen collection, skin tests, and blood, throat, and NP cultures.
Ensures that specimen requirements are met at the time of collection and maintain specimen integrity
Demonstrates good communication skills by competently interacting with customers, patients, family members, nurses, physicians, clients, and co-workers.
Operates the laboratory computer system to document specimen information, patient registration, order entry, collection lists, and other assigned tasks.
Performs other related duties as assigned (stand-by/on-call, inventory, special projects, cross-training, etc.).
Completes associate performance evaluations and annual competency assessments in a timely manner.
Job Requirements:
Education/Skills
High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
