Responsibilities
The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support under the supervision of our Office Manager and Executive Director:
- Promptly and courteously answers and screens phone calls; routes calls as appropriate within established customer service guidelines; accurately records messages and delivers to the appropriate party.
- Greets visitors, guests, and patients promptly and courteously; ascertains their needs and provides assistance in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Promptly sorts, opens and distributes mail.
- Creates and diligently maintains a variety of confidential files in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Monitors office and medical supply levels and orders accordingly.
- Assists with correspondence.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:
1. Maintains compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
2. Maintains compliance with revenue cycle and financial audit guidelines.
3. Demonstrates effective computer skills, files, answers phones in a timely and professional manner providing complete and accurate information, and provides other administrative duties as required.
4. Accurately performs patient check in and check out procedures.
