Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 4pm
This position is both administrative and operational and has primary responsibility for allocating orders, releasing work to warehouse floor, balancing workflow, and ensuring inbound and outbound truck turn times are within acceptable levels to meet customer needs. Assigns and monitors the work including staging, wave times and pick assignments for various teammates. Batches all incoming orders together by client, service level and order type. Allocates all LTL shipments for processing. Controls the priority and pick levels of each order and maintains priority of emergency orders. Ensures communication between pickers and replenishes for stock replenishment needs and troubleshoots as needed. Assists the staging and shipping of products from the dock which includes QC loads, loading, and manifesting. Maintains the operational standards of printers during the pick. Maintains inventory and adjust counts when necessary. Perform additional duties as directed

The hiring range for this role is
$25.46 - $29.83
(Hourly). Actual wages will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, and candidate skill set and experience.
