Key Responsibilities Greet and check in patients, providing a friendly and professional first impression Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in a timely, organized manner Present and sell wellness plans and membership packages confidently and accurately Support the clinic's sales goals by converting new and returning patients into members Answer phone calls and assist with appointment scheduling and patient inquiries Re-engage inactive members and maintain up-to-date patient records using POS software Assist with clinic marketing efforts and community outreach Maintain a clean, organized front desk and clinic environment Collaborate with team members and chiropractors to ensure a positive patient experience Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum one year of customer service and sales experience preferred Strong phone, computer, and multitasking skills Energetic, motivated, and confident in a goal-driven environment Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset Must be able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds Office management or marketing experience is a plus Schedule This role requires 15 hours per week of availability, and a willingness to travel is required for this position.
