KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assists with multiple historical accounting systems in the analysis, reporting and archival of historical accounting information.
Follows established processes for archiving and retaining work products.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma and a minimum of six (6) months' experience related to document search and systems that would have produced these documents; or equivalent combination of education / experience. Experience in database queries.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Work is primarily performed in an office environment. Regularly required to sit. Regularly required use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms to handle objects and operate tools, computer, and/or controls. Must be able to talk and hear. Job Description

Key Responsibilities / Essential Functions
Assigned Release of Information request types will primarily be Continuing Care and Disability Determination Services, with cross-training on other request types as supervisor deems appropriate based on experience and performance
Accesses Release of Information requests and medicalrecords for healthcare client(s) according to the specific procedure and security protocol for each client
Completes Release of Information requests daily, prioritizing requests as needed based on turnaround timeframes and procedures of VRC and the service agreement between the healthcare facility and VRC
