We are an established multi-specialty Ophthalmology group seeking a motivated Front Desk Representative to be the welcoming face of our busy practice. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience. Your Impact: Be the patient's first point of contact: Greet patients warmly, manage check-ins/check-outs, and answer their questions with clarity and compassion. Masterful scheduling & coordination: Efficiently schedule appointments, manage provider schedules, and keep our workflow running smoothly.
