Clinicians will work with students and staff to identify and treat social, emotional, and behavioral issues in a positive and fast-paced setting. Responsibilities for this role include providing direct support to students to help them understand and manage their emotions, build resilience, and develop healthy coping strategies. The Social Worker will also create individualized support plans and conduct interventions to address issues such as bullying, crisis situations, and behavioral challenges. Throughout the school year, they will provide counseling services to students in individual and group settings. The Social Worker will also assist in providing training and resources to teachers and staff on effective strategies to drive social and emotional development both in school and at home.
