MAJOR FUNCTIONS:

THE OPPORTUNITY
DOROT social workers provide an essential layer of expertise within our programs and contribute to DOROTs overall success. The Assessment Social Worker has primary responsibility for conducting psycho-social home assessments of new older adult participants and follow-up assessments of ongoing participants; a critical piece of this process is to work with each individual older adult to identify supportive services that DOROT and other community partners offer to enhance their overall well-being. Conduct in-home assessments working independently in the community. This includes:
