Develop individualized treatment plans for each case based on psychiatric, cognitive, psychosocial, environmental, and medical needs. Utilize social work systems, theories, and principles that impact patient care. Work with highly complex cases in which individuals are severely impacted by moderate to severe psychiatric diagnoses to include a history of trauma, physical abuse, neglect, exploitation, co-occurring conditions, and suicide. Select, administer, and interpret instruments for the purpose of assisting in the diagnosis and assessment of treatment plans with behavioral/psychiatric disorders.
