The Opportunity
Seeking Board Certified Neurology physicians.
Ideally fellowship trained in Neurophysiology, Epilepsy, or Neuro-Muscular.
Interested in or have experience with reading EEG's.
8- and 9-hour tele rounding/EEG shifts.
Provider can work tele rounding only if they don't want to read EEG's.
7 on/7 off model (14 shifts per month).
Must have a CA license and be willing to apply for a Washington medical license.

Essential Functions:
Provide patient-centered, high-quality acute care in place to individuals with complex medical needs per clinical protocols.
Work closely with mobile integrated healthcare clinicians (paramedics and EMTs) and other inst ED team members.
Participate in biannual performance reviews.
Participate in scheduled operational or clinical meetings, based on schedule availability, to remain up to date on programmatic and company activities and implications for clinical practice.
Collaborate with other VMCs, and with CRC team members as needed, primarily around managing visit volumes and clinical questions.

Education and Experience:

Primary Care Physicians (PCPs) offer a comprehensive range of primary care services, which include diagnosing illnesses, providing treatment, coordinating care, offering preventative care, and ensuring patients receive the best possible health maintenance. They act as key figures in the patient-centered medical home model and work in collaboration with the care team to deliver high-quality healthcare to every patient.

DUTIES
Actively participate in IDT, communicating participant changes, collaborating on care planning decisions, and coordinating 24-hour care delivery.
Help maintain care of participants in the nursing home, making regular visits as dictated by participant needs.
Take part in rotating night and weekend calls.
Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and severe/chronic illnesses.
Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests.
Provide annual checkups and routine health screenings.
Counsel on lifestyle changes to prevent diseases.
