The Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) Program Director is responsible for the overall administration, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the MLT Program in accordance with institutional policies and the standards set forth by the National Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory Sciences (NAACLS). The Program Director will oversee all aspects of program effectiveness, including curriculum development, faculty supervision, student success, and accreditation compliance.
