Responsibilities: The Medical Technologist is responsible for the timely and accurate test analysis using moderately complex methods and/or instrumentation. Reporting of results for patient samples is often interpretive in nature. QUALIFICATIONS: BS in Medical Technology. BS degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or Biology with at least I year relevant clinical laboratory experience. AAS with a total of 90 credit hours (per NYS distribution requirements) and at least I year of relevant clinical laboratory experience. Must be licensed by the New York State Department of Education as a Clinical Lab Technologist.
