As a Microbiological Lab Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity and safety of food, beverage, and environmental samples through meticulous testing and analysis. Job Summary: Under direction of supervisory staff, performs waived and moderately complex laboratory procedures Duties & Responsibilities: Follows all PPE requirements and all safety regulations. Consistently employs Universal Precautions through all phases of specimen handling, processing, testing and disposal. Goes through the pending logs and finds missing samples Performs laboratory tasks such as printing extra labels, recording data (temperature charts) specimen storage, retrieval and disposal. Preparing specimens at workstations for testing.
