Key Responsibilities Assist with laboratory operations, audits, compliance checks, and reporting, including sample collection and handling. Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes. Manage and maintain cryogenic storage equipment, including handling and inventorying cryopreserved specimens (sperm, oocytes, embryos). Coordinate transportation of cryopreserved specimens with third-party vendors while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Maintain accurate patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system and process medical record requests. Act as a primary point of contact between the laboratory, physicians, and nursing teams for lab-related coordination. Organize and manage laboratory paperwork, supply inventory, and administrative documentation as well as data submission. Assist with additional projects and administrative duties as assigned. Position Requirements Education: Highschool degree required. Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or a related science field is preferred.
