Maintain inventory, cleanliness, orderliness, and neatness of all labs in the Health Professions Center. Responsible for tracking and location of all equipment, and reporting damage or loss to the Health Professions Simulations Lab Director, and the appropriate program director. If directed, start the repair process immediately. Responsible for maintaining a current inventory (once a month) of disposable supplies. Work collaboratively with the HP Simulations Director, as well as, others within the Division and the College. Responsible for the SDS in all labs, being current and up to date (monthly check) and for the online system. Obtain/maintain gather vendor information as requested. Perform inventory on an annual basis. Assist in preparation for, and during, accreditation site visits. Coordinate with HP Simulations & Lab Director to schedule and assign student workers, track hours worked, and ensure compliance with weekly hour limits. Assist faculty with the location, use and care of equipment and their associated technologies. Oversee and assist as needed/directed in the HP Computer Labs to include troubleshooting and general computer maintenance. Provide support for students, faculty and administration to insure an optimal learning environment.
