Contributes to blood drive set-up, teardown, canteen maintenance, quality control and record keeping. Identifies and interprets test results and reports to the appropriate clinician. Job Requirements Education • Required: Associates Degree OR completion of an accredited MLT Program Experience • Preferred: 1 Year experience in a laboratory Skills • Strong analytical/problem solving skills. • Ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management. Demonstrates clear verbal and written communication • Excellent time management, interpersonal, presentation, organization, prioritizing, decision-making, and planning skills.
