Correctly labels patient specimens with patient name, date, identification number, time and phlebotomist initials. 6. Performs test order entry for laboratory testing. 7. Takes phone orders from physician for patient testing and correctly completes required documentation for phone orders. 8. Performs general cleaning, washes glassware, and maintains blood collection area and equipment. 9. Is familiar with Laboratory office routine and is able to function in office if necessary (filing, logging, looking up results, etc.) 10. Performs other duties as assigned. 11.
