The Metrology Lab Technician will provide technical and administrative support to the Metrology team while collaborating closely with Quality Control (QC) and Analytical Development (AD) laboratories. This individual will be responsible for coordinating equipment calibration and maintenance activities, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with documentation and scheduling requirements. The ideal candidate will have prior laboratory experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams. Key Responsibilities: Perform and coordinate calibration, maintenance, and verification activities for laboratory instruments and equipment. Schedule and manage external suppliers and service providers, including coordinating on-site visits, obtaining quotes, and ensuring timely contract renewals. Maintain and update equipment records, calibration schedules, and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Lead and support all administrative functions for the Metrology team, including documentation, tracking, reporting, and data organization. Track and manage calibration and service schedules using Smartsheet, Excel, and other data management tools. Assist in audits and compliance reviews by maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation. Full-time Description The purpose of the Medication Reconciliation Technician is to review, clarify, document and verify with the patient when possible, their Prior to Admission (PTA) medications. This will be done within 24 hours of admission to the hospital. Utilize the patient's pharmacy, family, caregiver or prior office records to further investigate and verify the patient's medication history. Confirm medications that need to be added or removed from the medication list. Once the medication list is completed, the Attending Physician will be notified that the medication list is current and verified and alert them of any changes, discrepancies or medications needing to be added or removed.
