This position has direct supervisory responsibility for a multidisciplinary treatment team and oversees daily clinic operations within a low-barrier, Office-Based Addiction Treatment (OBAT) model. MAT services provide client-centered, wrap-around care for individuals experiencing opioid and alcohol use disorders. The Clinical Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring quality, continuity of care, and staff support within a rapidly growing program, while collaborating closely with internal departments and community partners.
