The Medical Office Assistant is under the leadership of the Senior Staff Nurse and is responsible for providing Administrative Support and Basic Medical Care to students at the University Health Center. The Medical Assistant will greet patients, schedule appointments, answer the telephone as needed, maintain office inventory and order supplies, and coordinate with external healthcare providers. Handle confidential patient records and ensure all information is current and accurately entered into the Health Center's Database.
