Organizes periodic and ongoing in‐service training for direct reports. Maintains MA schedule and ensures daily staffing is adequate and sufficient for all appointments and providers. Provides guidance when handling complex direct and indirect patient care issues. 45% ‐ Program Support Participates in a mission‐driven culture of high‐quality performance, with a member focus on customer service, consistency, dignity and accountability. Assists the team in carrying out department responsibilities and collaborates with others to support short‐ and long‐term goals/priorities for the department. Maintains knowledge of current regulatory requirements and industry trends. Assists the Manager of Clinic Operations with investigating and resolving any participant grievance's related to services as appropriate. Provides patient care within the MA scope of practice that includes but is not limited to, vital signs, height and weight, glucometer testing, urine dip tests, phlebotomy draws, ear lavage, injections, EKG's, setup and assist with minor procedures, pelvic exam setup and assistance, and data collection. Works directly with the PACE transportation service to support care coordination and ensure availability to meet the needs of the participant appointments. Monitors productivity of his/her constituents to assess patient load and distribution. Oversees and monitors all Quality Improvement goals related to the MAs and integrates creative direction (ideas) in achieving these goals. Works collaboratively with all members of the interdisciplinary team (IDT) by assisting with meeting the complex needs of the participant(s). 5% ‐ Other Completes other projects and duties as assigned.
