Return dictated reports in printed or electronic form to the Quality Assurance Department. Maintain current letterhead and signature blocks, updating information when required. Ensure all dictation meets company standards of quality and is completed within the established timelines. Maintain dictation equipment regularly and report any necessary repairs to management.
