The Department of Radiation Oncology at the Medical University of South Carolina is recruiting a motivated Medical Dosimetrist Assistant for part time work. Under the direction of the Chief & Lead Dosimetrist, the Dosimetrist Assistant will do the pre-work and post-work around the treatment planning process. Importing CT Simulation scans, generating normal tissue contours and post processing of approved treatment plans. This person will utilize knowledge of anatomy, physiology, radiation therapy techniques, physics, and technology.
