Horrible pay, hours worked are either open to close or no hours, awful training program, awful management from clinic to corporate, no raises, uneducated individuals claiming to know and understand medical illnesses that put clients in danger to only gain revenue, policy and procedures are not followed with the priority being to sell products. The corporate culture was based on helping people to loose weight. In turn gaining better health and fitness. The current culture is merely money driven even if the clients health is at risk.

There are no perks or benefits unless you are in the inner circle.

There are a few employees in the leadership roles that try their best to help their employees. The CEO and corporate management are not part of these leaders.

As it has been said many times, if you treat your employees well they will perform well. This is why the company was spoken about so highly. This dramatically changed in the past decade and is why there is so much turn over in staff and unsuccessful client stories in comparison to the successful.

There is no real preparation. I'm not sure one needs to. You truly need no skill set to be hired now.

There is no comparison. If you do not work in a corporate position chances are you will not make enough to sustain a household without some type of added revenue. A single person income would be better off working in fast food. There is absolutely no way that a single parent can provide for a family of any size.

I wouldn't say that there is much diversity. Yes, there is some. You see this at the lower level positions within the company. Those that earn less pay.

Personally the interaction with the clients is where I find the most joy. Helping with problem solving, cheering them on, and caring about their journey as if it was your own journey. Encouraging each one in whatever manner needed.
