Jason leads oncology strategy development efforts at Invitae having joined the company through the acquisition of ArcherDX, which Jason co-founded and served as President and Chief Executive Officer. With more than 20 years of experience in the biotech industry, Jason has established a track record of successful technology development and enterprise value creation. Prior to founding Archer, Jason led cross-functional platform and sequencing application development for Ion TorrentTM, which was acquired by Life Technologies in 2010. In addition, Jason discovered and successfully licensed a first of its kind loss-of-function RNAI screening product to several leading life science tools companies. Jason received his Ph.D. in Molecular Pharmacology from Stanford University School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Science from Colorado State University.
