About the Role:We are seeking a Par-time detail-oriented and organized Event Coordinator to support the planning and execution of Medici's signature events. This is an entry-level, support-focused role ideal for someone with little to no prior event experience who is eager to learn, help where needed, and contribute to meaningful, wellness-driven experiences.
You will assist with coordinating logistics, tracking details, communicating with vendors and internal teams, and helping ensure our events run smoothly. **Job Description**

Reporting to the Central USMA Field Director, Liver Disease, the MSL will support field-facing activities related to the USMA Primary Biliary Cholangitis (PBC), Hepatitis C (HCV), and Hepatitis B (HBV) Plans of Action.
Specific Education & Experience Requirements:
+ BS/BA degree with 8+ years of experience or MS/MA degree with 6+ years of experience or PhD/PharmD with 2+ years of experience
+ Advanced medical/scientific/clinical degree (MD, DO, PhD, PharmD, NP or PA preferred) with experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related healthcare field
+ A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a medically related profession (e.g., liver disease and/or antiviral medicine), with strong demonstrated knowledge of the clinical research process, treatment landscape, and professional society treatment guidelines. Clinical practice experience within the therapeutic area is desirable.
+ Demonstrated capacity to deliver high-quality presentations, including with large groups.
+ Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills required.
+ Affinity for a collaborative, team-oriented environment and approach; ability to network and partner with internal and external stakeholders, including medical thought-leaders, academic institutions, large group practices, medical directors, and pharmacy directors.
+ Excellent project management and organizational skills, including the management of multiple priorities and allocated resources.
+ Strong business skills/acumen; translation of scientific expertise and knowledge to achieve the strategic business goals of USMA and Gilead Sciences.
+ Able to work with a high level of autonomy and independence.
Specific Job Responsibilities:
+ Deliver timely, accurate, and succinct clinical, scientific, and educational presentations to healthcare providers in liver disease, both proactively and in response to requests for information, consistent with promotional compliance, PhRMA guidelines, and FDA regulatory requirements
+ Implement defined goals and objectives aligned with the Medical Affairs Plan of Action and other strategic initiatives for PBC, HCV and HBV
+ Develop strategic plans for cultivating and maintaining working relationships with existing and future thought leaders in the assigned region.
+ Provide timely insights to the strategy and competitive intelligence teams regarding treatment practice and trends observed in field interactions.
+ Evaluate existing Gilead promotional speakers, and nominate HCPs to serve as new or continuing speakers each year.
+ Participate in advisory boards and educational programs, including speaker training sessions and clinical conferences.
+ Collaborate appropriately with colleagues across other functional areas, including Global Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, Clinical Operations, Strategic Operations, Government and Public Affairs, Commercial, and Marketing.
+ Support the development, deployment, and appropriate use of field tools and resources (e.g., slide decks)
+ Interact with clinical research principal investigators (PIs) and their staff as needed to follow up on clinical trial issues, and support Investigator Sponsored Research
+ Provide scientific training to sales staff and other Gilead colleagues, as needed
+ Complete required administrative and training procedures in a timely fashion (e.g., required policy and learning modules, expense reports, documentation of healthcare provider interactions, etc.)
+ Adhere to all applicable pharmaceutical codes, Office of Inspector General (OIG) guidelines, and Gilead policies.

The salary range for this position is: $165,495.00 - $214,170.00. Gilead considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package. **Basic Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
+ 3+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience.
+ Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical and scientific product-related information.
+ Ability to travel to meetings/trainings/programs as necessary - additional travel may be required within the assigned territory.
+ Proven success and positive track record of consistent sales performance in complex markets with diverse customer segments operating with a high degree of integrity within compliance guidelines.

+ Valid Driver's License.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ 2+ years selling sub-cutaneous self-injectable (or office administered IV) biologics in a complex and competitive market.

+ 2+ years selling experience calling on Dermatologists.
+ Launch experience in specialty care and biologics strongly preferred.
+ Alliance/matrix partnership experience strongly preferred.
+ Demonstrate advanced clinically based selling skills.
+ Results oriented with a proven track record of success with product launches.
+ Experience with in-servicing and training office staff, nurses and office managers.
+ Demonstrate a passion and learning aptitude for science and is proactive in strengthening knowledge related to disease-state, treatment options and healthcare trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Use system data to develop improvement projects to ensure equipment quality.
Ensure correct materials are scoped and field equipment supports new gas lines.
Monitor and track contractor facilitation up until Safety Level 1/2 process is completed.
Facilitate LSS testing with the Fire Marshall and monitor contractor activities.
Physical Attributes:
75% of time walking throughout the facility (3-5 miles per day).
Climbing of ladders up to 12-foot-tall (utilizing fall protection).
Basic lifting (up to 40lbs).
Bending of the knees and overhead reaching.

**Position Summary** **:**
In this field-based role, the Regional Business Director (RBD) Allergy & Allergy/ENT - Dupixent, will be responsible for successfully leading between 7 to 10-person sales team, promoting Dupixent to Allergists and ENTs . This position reports to the South Zone Business Director, Allergy & Allergy/ENT, and will be responsible for delivering business results for assigned region through leadership and management of sales efforts for the Dupixent franchise. Within a highly competitive marketplace, you will be called upon to successfully lead and motivate your team to execute the national sales strategy, supporting the initiatives set forth in the sales plan. The RBD is responsible for leading his/her regional field team and executing on the commercialization of Dupixent in partnership with sales leadership and colleagues from Regeneron, our alliance partner for Dupixent.

**Main Responsibilities:**
+ Motivate, train, develop and lead an accomplished team of specialty sales professionals - Area Business Managers (ABMs) to achieve and exceed business goals within the region.
+ Strengthen the performance of Dupixent, specifically within Allergy & ENT.
+ Responsible for the oversight of all aspects of sales, managed markets pull through, local speaker/thought leader development, promotional programming, samples and budget management for your region.
+ Develop regional business plans based on national sales goals, expectations, and available resources, including Regional and Territory strategies and tactics, as well as resource allocation.
+ Prepare regional business reviews to present to senior leadership team.
+ Be an expert in the clinical data, which affects current product promotion, disease state and market trends.
+ Spend majority of your time in the field with ABMs in order to support individual development, as well as provide coaching, direction and feedback.
+ Establish positive working relationships with all key customer segments (internal and external).
+ Communicate and collaborate with other Regional Business Directors, Thought Leader Liaisons, brand marketing, Field Reimbursement Teams, payer marketing, managed markets field teams, medical affairs and field teams, senior management and all other departments necessary in order to facilitate achievement of sales objectives.
+ Effectively partners with Regeneron sales leadership to deliver on initiatives and strengthen performance of Dupixent.
+ Creates a compliant environment which challenges, motivates and develops team members to reach optimum performance and potential.
+ Creates an environment that fosters and cultivates the development of an engaging culture focused on ensuring diversity and inclusion is at the forefront of decisions.
+ Sets clear objectives, motivates, mentors and assesses performance and skill level to develop future leaders within the sales organization
+ ~70-80% travel
**About You**
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ BA/BS Degree required, preferably in life sciences or business.
+ 3 - 5+ years experience in healthcare, biopharmaceutical industry.
+ Ability to travel to meetings/trainings/programs as necessary - additional travel may be required within the assigned region.
+ Valid driver's license.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Sales and/or marketing experience with 5 -7+ years in specialty care/biologics or specialty pharmacy experience, with demonstrated successful sales results.
+ 3-5 years Field Management experience or equivalent leadership experience, with documented sales achievements, strongly preferred.
+ Reside within the geographic area of the assigned region.
+ Allergy or Immunology experience preferred
+ Strong understanding of the reimbursement landscape and expertise with Managed Markets pull-through strongly preferred.
+ Launch experience in specialty care and biologics.
+ Alliance/matrix partnership experience strongly preferred.
+ Strong commercial business acumen, strategic, critical thinking/problem solving and creative thinking capabilities.
+ Excellent guidance and motivation skills, ability to lead and empower ABMs effectively.
+ Team oriented.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, ability to develop important relationships with key stakeholders, and resolve conflict.
+ Creative problem solver and solutions oriented.
+ Must achieve and maintain compliance with all applicable regulatory, legal, and operational rules and procedures, and require the same of his/her team.
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.

$172,500.00 - $249,166.66
