I worked for Medicopy in 2017 and only lasted a year because I loved the majority of my coworkers.
Management has favorites and they were not afraid to show it and tell you. If you weren't apart of "Eliot's circle", you were treated like crap. The CEO would send out emails with his pet peeves. If you placed your jacket on the back of your chair, he would send out a company wide email with the picture of your jacket and belittle you in the email. Management would discuss other employees and their personal business. Just completely unprofessional.
Nothing
The CEO and leadership always showed favoritism and never hid it.
I would improve the company culture by replacing everyone in management.
Na
The pay was ok
It was pretty diverse
My coworkers were awesome. Some I didn't care for.
