Duties During the course of their careers, Secret Service Police carry out assignments in protection. The ideal candidate is a skilled litigator and negotiator who can manage cases from intake through resolution while delivering exceptional advocacy and client service. This role requires strong legal judgment, strategic thinking, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a team. Key Responsibilities * Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters from pre-suit through litigation and resolution * Evaluate liability, damages, and case strategy; advise clients on legal options and risks * Draft and review pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlement demands * Conduct depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations * Prepare cases for trial and represent clients in court when necessary * Communicate regularly with clients, keeping them informed and supported throughout their case * Work with experts, medical providers, and investigators to develop strong evidentiary records * Supervise and collaborate with paralegals and support staff as needed * Ensure compliance with ethical rules, deadlines, and firm procedures Qualifications * Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school * Active license and good standing with the state bar * Minimum of 5 years of experience handling personal injury cases (auto, premises liability, wrongful death, etc.) * Demonstrated experience in litigation, including discovery and depositions * Strong negotiation and settlement skills * Excellent legal writing, analytical, and communication abilities * Ability to manage deadlines and multiple xevrcyc cases independently * Client-focused mindset with a high level of professionalism and integrity Preferred Attributes * Trial experience or strong interest in trial work * Experience with catastrophic injury cases * Familiarity with case management software and modern legal technology * Entrepreneurial or team-oriented mindset Compensation & Benefits * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * Professional development and growth opportunities * Supportive, collaborative work environment Pay: $140,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
