Michael “Mick” Farrell was appointed ResMed’s CEO and has served as a director since March 2013. He joined the company in 2000, serving as president of the Americas region from 2011 to 2013, senior vice president of the global sleep apnea business unit from 2007 to 2011, and various senior roles in marketing and business development. Before joining ResMed, Mick worked in management consulting, biotechnology, chemicals and metals manufacturing at companies including Arthur D. Little, Sanofi Genzyme, DowDuPont, and BHP Billiton. Mick serves on the board of directors of ResMed, the Advanced Medical Technology Association (AdvaMed) and Zimmer Biomet (NYSE: ZBH), a multibillion dollar public company that provides implantable musculoskeletal medical devices for patients globally. Mick holds a bachelor of engineering with first-class honors from the University of New South Wales, a Master of Science in chemical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a Master of Business Administration from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

David J. Endicott is the CEO of Alcon, a member of its Board of Directors, and leads the Alcon Executive Committee. He joined Alcon in July of 2016 as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to Alcon, Mr. Endicott was President of Hospira Infusion Systems, a Pfizer company. During his tenure there, he led Hospira’s medical device business through a turnaround, carve-out, and eventual sale. Critical to the turnaround, he advanced the company’s product pipeline, returned its products to market from quality disruptions and accelerated global growth. Before joining Hospira, David served as an officer and executive committee member of Allergan where he spent more than 25 years of his career in leadership roles across Europe, Asia, Latin America and the US. He accelerated Allergan’s international growth and successfully built new markets focused on medical specialties in the areas of ophthalmology, plastic surgery, dermatology and aesthetic medicine. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of AdvaMed, and has previously served on the Boards of Zeltiq (NASDAQ: ZLTQ), and Orexigen (NASDAQ: OREX). David holds an undergraduate degree in Chemistry from Whitman College, an MBA from the University of Southern California, and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School.

He is currently acting as Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Perception Neuroscience, Acting Chief Medical Officer of Pastorus, Board Member of Pastorus, Avenue Pharmaceuticals, and ImmunoBrain Checkpoint, and Advisor to small and large companies in the pharma/ biotech space. After graduating from Yale University School of Medicine with MD and PhD degrees with a focus in psychopharmacology, Dr. Kranzler joined McKinsey & Company where he contributed toward founding the Firm’s pharmaceutical practice. In 1989, he became the Chief Executive Officer of Cytel Corporation, a company focused on the development of immunomodulatory drugs. He took Cytel public, and negotiated partnerships with both global and Japanese pharmaceutical companies that set new standards for deal size and structure. After Cytel, Dr. Kranzler became Chief Executive Officer of Cypress Bioscience (formerly IMRE Corporation) where he was credited for the development of Savella™ (milnacipran) for the treatment of fibromyalgia, and Karuna Pharmaceuticals, focusing on the treatment of Schizophrenia.

Greg Barrett has more than 35 years of medical device experience. Most recently, Greg was the Chairman, President and CEO of BARRX Medical, where he guided the company to a successful sale to a strategic partner. Prior to joining BARRX, Greg served as President and CEO of ACMI Corporation, Group Executive Vice President at Boston Scientific Corporation, and he has held positions as Vice President, Global Sales and Marketing at both Orthofix Corporation and Baxter Healthcare. He also spent 13 years at C.R. Bard Corporation, where he finished his tenure as Vice President of Marketing in the Cardiosurgery Division. Greg sits on the Board of BaroSense, Inc. and Cutera, Inc. Greg holds a B.A. in Marketing from the University of Texas, Austin.
