Charlie Hardtke has served as the Chief Information Officer and Chief Administrative Officer for MediSync since 2003. With over 20 years of experience in the banking, life and health insurance industries, Charlie has served in a diverse number of roles. Most recently, he established and ran an international outsourcing firm focused on solutions for the insurance industry. Prior to this, he was Vice President of Operations for a life and supplemental health company. Throughout his career, he has successfully set strategic direction, built management and operational infrastructure, and managed day-to-day operations.

Bob Roettker is a Certified Public Accountant; he has earned his MBA in Finance and Information Systems and his BSBA in Finance and Economics from Xavier University. Bob is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and has Black Belt training in Six Sigma quality improvement methodologies.

I am a digital entrepreneur with leadership experience in e-commerce, media and telecom. I currently am an active angel investor and advisor in multiple startups.

In my last assignment, I helped launch and localise Houzz in India. I set up the local partner environment and recruited the IN team. I focused on growing the IN professional community and improving local engagement. We were able to show 2.5x growth. My engagement contribution could be best measured by the number of leads we provided.

Earlier, I built the babyoye brand from scratch, The journey had its ups and downs involving 3 VC funding rounds, acquiring a competitor and finally being being acquired by the Mahindra Group. I then transitioned a startup brand to take over the masthead of Mahindra Retail. The fact that a large enterprise group chose to adopt our brand is testimony to work that we did at babyoye.

Prior to launching babyoye.com, I held several positions with Airtel’s enterprise business. My roles spanned Pricing & commercial management, product management, network planning, consulting and solutions.
