Driver/Installers are required to inspect the facility they are delivering or picking up items and notating any damage found to the premises by taking a picture and notify their manager, prior to installation or pickup of furniture. Upon picking up furniture, confirm that all items are in good condition and notify the manager of any damage or missing items. If there is a damaged item, the Driver/Installer must take a picture of the item and send it to the Manager prior to loading it onto the truck. Ensure customer messages and communications are relayed to appropriate management. Assist in always maintaining a neat and clean workplace. Assist with stocking the shipping and receiving department to include lifting and carrying cartons and placing them on appropriate shelves.
