Develop and mentor staff through on-boarding, open communication, training and development opportunities and performance management processes; build and maintain employee morale and motivation; ensure the team is appropriately staffed with required competencies. Ensure compliance of equipment, products and procedures to the Quality System for FDA and cGMP Practices. Required Experience: Education High school diploma or equivalent. Work Experience At least 3 years of experience managing people, including hiring, developing, motivating and directing people as they work. At least 7 years maintenance experience. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year.
